[ Why is Mary in the hospital when she's not injured (any longer)? It's tough to say, but if one were to ask this easily-spooked girl, she'd... well, probably be spooked if you came at her, but the actual answer is that she's simply checking to see if there's any injured victims that she happens to know. She's not entirely sure she trusts her device to work without mishaps yet, so in-person searching it is.
[ Rasu is there, but at first he doesn't notice her. He's cleaning the place after it was flooded, drying off all the machines and making sure all the beds dry properly.
Then he almost runs into her, and stops dead (literally) in his tracks, floor mop bumping against her shoes. ]
[ It's an oversize lab coat even on a tall guy like him, so she'll still go pretty far down, but he tries to raises his arms higher to keep her up. He's weak though, so his arms are shaking even from the weight of such a tiny girl. ]
[ He's going to need help with the technology though. He might re-kill himself and he's not sure what happens to already dead people when they die here. ]
